WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four installments made every two weeks, without any interest.
HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Just shop LaurelBurchStudios.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll be required to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account and then complete your order—it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for payment with Afterpay and the order value must be between $35 and $1,000.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AFTERPAY?
Afterpay cannot be used to purchase gift cards or e-gift cards.
HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first of four payments at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then charged automatically to your selected payment method every two weeks in installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log into your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?
If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.
CAN I USE AFTERPAY IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, a U.S. Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a U.S. mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

Laurel Burch artwork speaks to all generations and has inspired so many around the globe. Today it is our goal to lift and re-invent the legacy she has left, modernizing the brand to appeal to everyone.

The Laurel Burch company is structured into two regions. Aarin Burch, Laurel’s daughter covers North America, and Juaquim Burch, Laurel’s son, runs Totemic Brands which covers international territories.

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. If you do need to cancel or change an order, please contact us here and we will do what we can to resolve your request.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND AM NOT SATISFIED. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our customers’ happiness is our first priority. We are happy to fully refund your purchase if the product is purchased directly from laurelburchstudios.com within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. Please fill out our contact us form, here, for all return or exchange inquiries. If your Laurel Burch product was purchased from an outside source, please contact the retailer of origin.
I HAVE A VINTAGE LAUREL BURCH ITEM. COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT IT’S WORTH?
There are lots of vintage Laurel Burch products and collectors out there. Because there are so many and these products are no longer being produced, it’s difficult to give you a true value of a vintage item. Unfortunately, we don’t have an appraisal method at this time.

Received incorrect order!
I haven’t received my order. Someone in Colorado received it. I live in Kansas. I received her wallet. I have shipped her wallet back to you. I haven’t heard a thing from you since. I’m still waiting on my Horses, Cats, and Floral notecard sets. Since this was your shipping department’s mistake, I don’t feel like I should have to wait for me to ship you back the wrong item first and you to RECEIVE it before shipping me my correct items. I provided you with a picture of the order I received, complete with the invoice of the wrong customer. I had to purchase a mailing envelope to send the incorrect shipment back to you. I’m not happy! I have purchased many times from you in the past. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon.
