Laurel Burch Art Copyright & Usage Policy

All Laurel Burch artwork, designs, and products are protected by copyright.

We are honored that Laurel's artwork continues to inspire creativity around the world. To help preserve Laurel's artistic legacy and protect her intellectual property, please follow these guidelines.

Personal Use

You may create one-of-a-kind handmade items using officially licensed Laurel Burch products, such as fabrics, papers, or other craft materials, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You are welcome to share photos of your completed personal creations on websites, blogs, and social media. Whenever practical, please include the attribution:

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Laurel Burch Studios, you may not:

Sell, offer for sale, auction, or otherwise commercially distribute handmade items featuring Laurel Burch artwork.
Reproduce, copy, scan, trace, digitize, photograph for reproduction, or otherwise replicate Laurel Burch artwork in any format.
Create digital files, print-on-demand products, embroidery files, SVG files, AI-generated artwork, or any other electronic reproductions based on Laurel Burch artwork.
Alter, modify, or create derivative works from Laurel Burch artwork for commercial or personal distribution.
Mass produce, manufacture, or outsource the production of products featuring Laurel Burch artwork.
Use Laurel Burch artwork, trademarks, logos, or product photography in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with Laurel Burch Studios.
