Return Policy

If you don't love something, return it within 30 days of your purchase.

If merchandise is defective or does not meet expectations, it may be returned and Laurel Burch Studios will refund U.S. orders within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving your shipment, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for the following:

  1. COUPON CODES - We cannot process refunds for difficulties in using coupon codes. If you are experiencing errors in trying to use a coupon code, please contact us immediately before purchasing - we can help!
  2. GIFT CARDS - We cannot accept refunds for gift cards.
  3. MEXICO + CANADA - We cannot process refunds for orders shipped outside the U.S. unless an item is defective or it concerns an error by Laurel Burch Studios.

f you return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase:
• You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your item.
• We will issue your refund or exchange once the item is received at Laurel Burch Studios.
• If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for acceptance of returned merchandise: the item must be in original condition, must be unwashed and unused with tag attached and accompanied by the original laurelburchstudios.com receipt. Merchandise purchased from other retailers will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Merchandise purchased from Laurel Burch Studios cannot be returned to other retailers.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
