REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, please contact refunds@laurelburchstudios.com within 30 days of your purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, prior to receiving your shipment, you must request an order cancellation by emailing refunds@laurelburchstudios.com. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from us. 

Laurel Burch Studios will refund US orders that were made from laurelburchstudios.com within 30 days of purchase. If any of our merchandise is defective or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for the following:

  1. COUPON CODES - We cannot process refunds for difficulties in using coupon codes. If you are experiencing errors in trying to use a coupon code, please email info@laurelburchstudios.com before purchasing.
  2. GIFT CARDS - We cannot accept refunds for gift cards. 
  3. MEXICO + CANADA - We cannot process refunds for orders shipped outside the US, unless it was defective or an error on behalf of Laurel Burch Studios.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, must be unwashed, unused with tag attached and accompanied by the original laurelburchstudios.com receipt. Merchandise purchased from other retailers will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Laurel Burch Studios merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned to other retailers.

Return for Refund or Exchange (US orders only): If you return merchandise for a refund or exchange, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will issue your refund or exchange once the item is received at Laurel Burch Studios. Please email refunds@laurelburchstudios.com to coordinate your return AND/OR send item with proof of purchase to:

If you are exchanging an item, your new item will ship after we receive your returned item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
