No one should go without warm, dry socks but too often, many do. In the spirit of Laurel’s abundant generosity, for every purchase over $25 made in January, we'll donate a new warm pair of socks to these amazing nonprofits: A Sense of Home in Hawthorne, CA and Project U First in Atlanta, GA.

Did you know that 50% of people who are struggling with homelessness are former foster youth? A Sense of Home strives to prevent homelessness by creating first-ever homes full of hope and dignity with donated furniture and home goods for youth aging out of foster care. This video best captures their impact.

Project U First supports some of the most vulnerable members of our community – the homeless and children living in poverty – by providing them with essential hygiene items that most of us use every day without thinking twice. Their tagline is "Helping the Homeless with Love" and to date, they've distributed more than 100,000 hygiene kits, 220,000 blankets, and 100,000 pairs of socks to homeless shelters, foster homes, and schools in low-income areas.
